  • Is Viola STL a medical or recreational provisioning center ?

    We serve medical patients and recreational customers. Please click here to verify the offerings at our location and access the appropriate online menu to browse our selection and place an online order.

  • How do I place an order online?

    Yes, click here to access our dispensary menu. 

  • What kind of identification do I need to shop at Viola STL?

    You must have a valid government-issued photo ID and be 21+ or hold a valid medical card/certification. Government-issued ID must be physical or printed. Digital copies will not be accepted.

  • Do you offer curbside or delivery?

    No, Viola STL does not offer curbside or delivery services.

  • Can I shop with an out-of-stateID?

    Yes! We accept IDs from any state with valid proof of 21+ for recreational purchases and a valid medical card for medical purchases.

  • What are the COVID-19 protocols currently in place?

    We know things are looking a little different these days, and we’re taking extra precautions to protect our teams and customers, including increased cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces. We are strictly following all Covid-19 safety protocols, and masks are recommended for all in-store shopping. We also ask that our customers please practice social distancing, and thank you for your patience as we limit the number of guests allowed inside the lobby and showroom. We encourage customers to use our online menus to place orders for in-store pickup. You can do so by clicking HERE.We appreciate your effort in helping to keep our communities safe!

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a three-day return policy on any defective or expired product purchased from Viola STL. The purchase must have been made on your account, and all returns are subject to the discretion of Viola STL management.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    We accept both cash and debit card payments. We are hoping to accept credit card offers soon. ATMs are available for your convenience at our shop.

  • How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

    You will receive a text message to the phone number provided when your order is ready for pickup. You can also call the store at (314) 998-4652

  • Can I place an online order for next-day pickup?

    Yes you can! We will pack your order and hold it for 24 hours. If the order is placed after business hours, we will prepare and pack your order and have it ready for you when you visit the store. If the order is not picked up within 24 hours, it will be automatically canceled.

  • What is the qualifying age for the senior discount?

    The qualifying age for eligibility to receive our senior discount is 65+ years of age.

  • How do I qualify for the veteran discount?

    You can qualify for the veteran discount by showing any one of the following items:

    • Military ID
    • Endorsement ‘veteran’ stamp on your driver's license or state ID
    • Other documentation proving veteran status accepted at the discretion of Viola STL management.
  • How much marijuana can I purchase at one time?

    Any patient that holds a Missouri medical card will be allowed to purchase the standard allotment of 6 ounces, or based on your doctor's prescription within a 30-day period.


    Any adult-use customer over the age of 21 can purchase up to 3 ounces at any time.

  • What are your retail store hours?
